Crypto's Front Door Is Broken. This Infrastructure Layer Is Fixing It

Supermoon's February 2026 Founder Highlights reaches its midpoint with a startup tackling one of crypto's most painful UX problems: getting money into a dApp shouldn't require six steps and three wallets.

Trustware: The Universal Deposit Layer

The best protocols in the world are losing users not because of their product, but because deposit flows are a nightmare. 38% of users drop off at wallet connection, and 64% abandon payments due to poor UX. Every unsupported token is a failed transaction, a lost conversion, and missed revenue, all because $2.3 trillion in on-chain value is trapped in fragmented, incompatible ecosystems where most deposit flows still require 3-7 manual steps.

Jesse Phillips and his team at Trustware built the fix: cross-chain deposit infrastructure that lets dApps and institutions accept any cryptocurrency on any chain and settle it anywhere, EOA wallets, vaults, treasuries, smart accounts, embedded wallets, and soon bank accounts. Partners control exactly where and how funds land with programmable settlement preferences, while Trustware handles all the bridging, swapping, routing, and settlement behind the scenes. The routing engine aggregates on-chain and off-chain liquidity to find the lowest-fee, fastest path on every transaction, with built-in AML monitoring from TRM Labs. And unlike traditional payment infrastructure, partners don't just save on costs, they earn revenue splits on every deposit, turning payments from a cost center into a revenue line.

The traction is accelerating: 10+ signed SDK pilots, 5+ live integrations, 30+ partners in the pipeline, LOIs with Bastion (institutional stablecoin infrastructure) and Monaco (high-performance trading), plus live use cases across prediction markets, treasury rebalancing, gift cards, and cross-chain donations. Last month, Trustware successfully hosted the first Trustware-focused hackathon at ETH Denver with partner Turbine.fi.

As Jesse puts it: "Crypto's front door is broken. We're fixing that by letting companies change nothing, and accept anything."

Trustware is raising $2M and actively seeking pilot partners, ecosystem integrations, and institutional partners needing programmable deposit and settlement infrastructure.
